Welcome to Styperson

I first started breeding Siamese in the early 1980's. Blue points were my first love and the Queen - from Ann Imlach - was Chalmi Blue Leika. As the years moved on I became the proud owner of Gr Ch Sanpaku Amadeus, entrusted to me by Margaret Oates and for eleven years he was my joy. The lines which he passed on can be traced back in many of the top pedigrees of today.

In more recent years my thanks must go to Lynne Studer of Mylynn Siamese for the two handsome boys I have today. Imp Gr Ch Mylynn Montoya (Monty) my seal pointed boy and GR Ch Mylynn Mahan (Charlie) my chocolate boy. These pages must also mark my deep sense of gratitude to Carol Bowles Gowdy of Mafdet Siamese for allowing me to own Mafdet Dejure the mother of Imp GR Ch Styperson Prima Donna and the figurhead of my breeding lines today.

My husband, Robert and I have recently moved from Adlington in Cheshire where the cottage we lived in gave me my prefix name. Living closer to Macclesfield Town we are now near our three sons and their families. Like many doting grandparents the grandchildren take up a lot of my time but being recently retired I can devote even more time to my hobby.

I enjoy showing my cats and treat all show days as a warm and friendly day out with friends and colleagues in the cat fancy - winning is a bonus, if and when it happens. It is a special delight to see the offspring being shown by their loving owners.

I am a founder member of the Trans Pennine Oriental and Siamese Cat Club and at present the Vice Chairman.
